What is AAT?

An Android app designed for tracking outdoor activities, with a particular focus on cycling. It leverages GPS technology to provide detailed monitoring of users' sportive endeavors, enabling them to record and analyze their performance data. The app utilizes MapsForge to display maps and offline map tiles sourced from the OpenStreetMap project, offering a comprehensive cartographic experience. Users can view live tracking information through various cockpit and map-based visualizations, as well as access offline and tile-based map overlays highlighting cycling and hiking routes from the Waymarked Trails project. The app also integrates Overpass and Nominatim services, enabling users to quickly plan routes and access GPS-independent altitude information and hill shading features
