What is AIM?

AIM is a comprehensive cloud-based point of sale (POS) software designed to streamline operations for retailers. The application enables employees to suspend or recall sales, process tickets, apply discounts, and access inventory details across multiple locations. Administrators can set up pricing structures based on workstations or customers, define minimum or maximum item quantities, and utilize automatic inventory optimization procedures. AIM also provides features like barcode label printing, event booking, gift card management, reporting, and payment processing.
