What is AIM?

AIM is a comprehensive cloud-based point of sale (POS) software designed to streamline operations for retailers. It offers a suite of integrated modules to manage inventory, purchasing, employee data, customer loyalty programs, and sales reporting. The application enables employees to suspend or recall sales, process tickets, apply discounts, and access inventory details across multiple locations. Supervisors can view the complete history of inventory items, including sales, transfers, rentals, or repairs, as well as track stock levels on a floor plan. Administrators can set up pricing structures based on workstations or customers, define minimum or maximum item quantities, and utilize automatic inventory optimization procedures. AIM also provides features like barcode label printing, event booking, gift card management, reporting, and payment processing. Managers can leverage the report wizard to monitor staff performance, control inventory, and generate printable or exportable reports
