What is AKVIS Chameleon?

AKVIS Chameleon is a versatile and efficient software application designed to streamline the process of creating photo collages and montages. The tool combines images with vastly different color ranges, seamlessly integrating them with just a few mouse clicks. Unlike traditional masking techniques, AKVIS Chameleon does not require precise object selection, making the collage creation process easy and entertaining

Highlights

  • Montage Mode: Combines images to create a seamless photo montage, allowing users to transfer selected objects to a new background while fading away irrelevant parts of the pasted fragment. The object's color range and opacity remain unchanged, with only its edges adapting to the new environment and getting smoothed
  • Chameleon Mode: Adjusts the pasted fragment to the target image's color range and smoothens the object's borders, creating a natural-looking integration, similar to how a chameleon adapts to its surroundings
  • Blend Mode: Smoothens the borders of the pasted object, adjusts its color range, and makes the object semi-transparent, allowing the texture and relief of the primary image to be visible through the pasted fragment
  • Emersion Mode: Combines images to create a seamless photo montage, but unlike Montage mode, the pasted fragment embeds into the background, with only certain parts of the fragment visible. This mode is particularly useful for making montages with complex objects, such as trees.
