What is Bentley View?
Bentley View is a comprehensive free viewer that enables users to interact with a diverse range of file formats, including CAD drawings, raster images, and Bentley's proprietary iModels. This powerful tool offers advanced viewing capabilities, allowing users to navigate 3D models, explore cross-sections, and analyze model attributes with precision. Newly added format support includes SRealDWG 2018, point-cloud streaming, Bentley civil terrain models, JT format, Rhino V5, IFC, and 3SM scalable meshes created with ContextCapture. Users can leverage display rules in DGNs to view geometry based on embedded properties, and take advantage of touch screen support in Windows 10 for intuitive navigation. Bentley View also serves as a MicroStation viewer, a DXF viewer, and a platform to open CAD files directly
