What is blq?
The blq utility is a Perl script that enables users to query one or more publicly available lists, such as those provided by MAPS RBL and MAPS DUL, to determine whether a specific host is identified as a potential source of spam or email abuse. Though the project is no longer actively developed, it may continue to receive bug fixes to ensure its ongoing functionality
