The platform allows users to assign IP addresses to systems, view activity history, and automate various maintenance operations through its task scheduling functionality. Server orchestration and management capabilities in CenturyLink empower enterprises to create server groups, manage and configure multiple servers from a single dashboard, arrange them by projects, organizations, or other custom criteria, schedule events, and implement an internal chargeback model to track monthly costs. Administrators can also define custom alerts and monitoring policies to monitor utilization of resources such as CPU, memory, or storage, and receive usage notifications via email, webhooks, or visual indicators on the dashboard. Additionally, CenturyLink includes security and access management features that facilitate secure access to servers via single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, and role-based permissions, ensuring compliance with various regulatory standards like HIPAA, ISO, PCI, FERPA, and COPPA
