What is CScan?

The CSCAN research group at Plymouth University provides a fingerprint transaction monitoring and capture solution suitable for both private and public sector use. The core offering is a fingerprint capture software and hardware system designed to facilitate live scan fingerprint submissions with ease and confidence, meeting the stringent security requirements of state and federal government agencies. Trained operators can seamlessly navigate the intuitive interface to create and submit fingerprint transactions, with the solution currently certified for use with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the California Department of Justice (DOJ), and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE)
