What is Dexed?

Dexed is a flexible and versatile plugin synth that closely emulates the iconic Yamaha DX7 digital synthesizer. Developed by Digital Suburban, this multi-platform and multi-format application allows users to import, play, and seamlessly edit/manage sysex patches from both the classic DX7 and its sibling, the TX7. With its deep FM synthesis capabilities, Dexed provides musicians and producers with a powerful tool to access and manipulate the signature sounds of these legendary hardware synths directly within their digital audio workflows
