What is eXtra Buttons?

eXtra Buttons enables users to add up to 10 customizable buttons to the title bar of each window on their Windows desktop. These buttons provide a range of window management functions, allowing users to minimize windows to the system tray, keep windows on top, send windows to the background, and adjust window transparency. The application offers three options for minimizing windows: adding them as individual icons to the system tray, consolidating them into a common tray icon (launch menu), or minimizing them as icons on the desktop, helping to keep the taskbar and system tray uncluttered. Users can also selectively remove any buttons they do not require, tailoring the interface to their specific needs. All of the window management functions are also accessible via a right-click menu on the title bar of any window. eXtra Buttons is compatible with Windows Explorer windows as well as a wide variety of third-party applications
