What is FileBox eXtender?

FileBox extends the functionality of Windows by augmenting the standard Open File and Save File dialog boxes with a suite of advanced features. While some programs may utilize their own custom dialog boxes, FileBox seamlessly integrates with the default Windows file management interfaces, adding two convenient buttons to the title bar alongside the familiar minimize, restore, and maximize controls.

• Resizable file dialog boxes: FileBox can forcibly resize the standard Windows file management dialog boxes, making them larger and more user-friendly when navigating through folders with numerous files
• Click-to-switch folder feature: If a file dialog box is open (e.g., "Open..." or "Save...") and the user clicks on an open Windows Explorer window, the file dialog box will automatically switch to the location of the selected Explorer window
• Integration with standard Windows dialogs: FileBox enhances the default Open File and Save File dialog boxes provided by Windows, without interfering with applications that utilize their own custom file management interfaces.
