What is Filmotech?

Filmotech is a comprehensive movie management software that allows users to catalog their physical media collections, including DVDs, Blu-rays, DivX, CDs, and VHS tapes. By leveraging over 10 online research sources, the software enables users to easily and automatically populate their movie database. Filmotech offers a robust set of features, including search functionalities, loan management, statistical reporting, and the ability to print lists and catalogs. Additionally, the software includes an integrated cover printing tool and the ability to set up collection profiles, enabling users to track movies across different formats separately. The data can be stored locally in an SQLite database or utilizing a MySQL database server. Filmotech further supports the export of movie catalogs to iOS and Android apps for mobile access, as well as the creation of database-driven PHP/MySQL websites. The software also allows for import and export of data in XML, CSV, and XMBC formats
