What is FireMonkey?
Firemonkey is a novel combined user-script and user-style manager that offers a range of functionalities. It provides a secure dedicated API (available in Firefox 65 and later) to handle user-scripts, and allows users to turn scripts and CSS on/off directly from the toolbar button. Firemonkey supports both GM3 and GM4 style functions, as well as some new API features, such as fetch. The extension enables automatic and manual updates for scripts and CSS, and allows users to export and import preferences, scripts, and CSS to and from local files for backup or sharing purposes. It also supports the require function to let users require other saved scripts. Firemonkey allows direct installation of scripts from popular user-script repositories like GreasyFork and OpenUserJS, as well as the ability to temporarily insert existing user-scripts and user-CSS. The extension also includes a Scratchpad feature for temporarily inserting CSS and JavaScript, as well as a log to display the latest error and script update messages
