What is Folge?

Folge is an on-premise application designed for businesses in semiconductors, IT, education, and other industries. It allows customer support teams to create knowledge base articles and step-by-step guides for business processes from a unified platform. Staff members can generate, manage, and share user manuals, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles with teams, clients, or external users, facilitating collaboration
