What is Gnome Connection Manager?

Gnome Connection Manager is a tabbed SSH connection manager for GTK+ environments. It is designed in Glade and written in Python, requiring only PyGTK to run on any Linux system. The application allows users to store passwords for easy access to hosts, support multiple SSH tunnels for each host, and enable unlimited vertical and horizontal window splitting to accommodate as many visible consoles as needed. Users can also drag and drop tabs between consoles and connect to multiple hosts with a single click. Furthermore, the software provides the capability to group hosts, and it is freely available with the source code included in the download
