The LibreJS browser plugin safeguards user freedom by preventing the execution of non-free JavaScript code. Developed as a free add-on for GNU IceCat and other Mozilla-based browsers, LibreJS selectively blocks JavaScript that is non-free or non-trivial, while allowing the use of free and trivial JavaScript.
