What is GParted?
GParted is a comprehensive partition management tool that empowers users to create, delete, resize, move, check, and copy partitions, as well as the file systems on them. This versatile application serves as a valuable resource for reorganizing disk usage, making space for new operating systems, copying data from hard disks, and mirroring partitions (disk imaging). Developed on GNU/Linux, GParted can be utilized on a variety of operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS X, by booting from media containing the GParted Live bootable image
