What is gSyncit?

gSyncit is a Microsoft Outlook add-in that enables synchronization of Outlook calendars, contacts, notes, and tasks with a Google account. This solution facilitates the integration of Outlook data with various mobile devices, including Apple iPhone, Palm Pre, and Android G1 phones, through the synchronization with Google Calendar and Gmail. The application supports the new Google API platform and the updated Toodledo v3 API, allowing for one-way and two-way synchronization of Outlook's calendars, contacts, notes, and tasks. Users can sync Outlook categories with Google calendar event colors, and the add-in can handle multiple Outlook profiles and service accounts, such as multiple Google accounts. The application automatically matches entries to prevent duplicate items during the synchronization process and provides the option to sync items at regular intervals, between specific hours of the day, or when Outlook starts or exits. gSyncit offers detailed sync options, keyword and Outlook category filters, and advanced options to control the Outlook content that is synchronized. Additionally, the add-in supports the synchronization of tasks following the Getting Things Done! (GTD) methodology
