Handy Library Manager is an affordable and easy-to-use library software designed for small school, church, community, non-profit, and business libraries. The software allows users to manage book catalogs, generate reports, check-in/out items, maintain a database of records, and more. Professionals can preview and print ID cards, barcodes, and spine labels according to their requirements. Handy Library Manager supports the creation of additional libraries for textbooks, references, magazines, videos, CDs, and equipment in multiple languages with Unicode. Librarians can access predefined and ready-to-use reports to gain insights into outstanding items, inventory, loans, and more. The software also allows for the import of data in the form of Microsoft Excel, TXT, and MARC format to create library catalogs with copies, serials, magazines, and other books. Librarians can review loaned items, print receipts, define circulation rules, and use barcode labels to process check-in/out transactions.
