What is Icons from File?

This tool is designed to facilitate the extraction and management of icons and icon arrays from various file formats, including EXE, DLL, and OCX. The application provides users with the ability to scan folders to identify files containing icons, and then extract those icons for further use. The extracted icons can be saved in a variety of file formats, such as ICO, BMP, JPEG, and EMF, either individually or as a collective image. Additionally, users can export all icons from a selected file to an HTML document or a dBase 5 file, enabling seamless integration with other systems. The tool also supports the export of high-color icons, which are those with more than 16 colors, ensuring the preservation of image quality. Furthermore, users can perform export operations directly through the command line, providing flexibility and automation capabilities. The tool also offers the option to print extracted icons, either selectively or in their entirety, enabling users to incorporate them into physical documents or presentations
