What is Legendary?

Legendary is an open-source game launcher that enables users to download and install games from the Epic Games platform on both Linux and Windows operating systems. Leveraging a tongue-in-cheek play on item rarity tiers commonly found in many massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs), the application aims to provide an alternative to the proprietary Epic Games Launcher. Currently in beta, Legendary may present some bugs or issues, which users are encouraged to report on the project's GitHub repository to aid in its ongoing development and improvement
