What is Mailspring?

Mailspring is a powerful desktop email client designed for macOS High Sierra, Windows 10, and Linux. It boasts a unified inbox, allowing users to view all their email in a single view. The app's search capabilities leverage Gmail search syntax, enabling users to efficiently locate messages across multiple accounts. Mailspring also supports gestures, such as swiping to archive threads from the list view. Users can create personalized signatures, set defaults per account, and utilize aliases to send emails from configured addresses. The application integrates with Quicklook, enabling previews of attachments and PDFs directly within the app. Mailspring offers rich notifications and the ability to reply directly from the Notification Center. The app's drag-and-drop functionality allows users to easily move emails, add attachments, and more. Additionally, Mailspring provides support for Gmail labels, allowing users to label threads and manage labels within the application. Customizable keyboard shortcuts and message templates with variables further enhance the user experience
