What is Mailvelope Business?

Mailvelope is a browser extension that enables users to exchange encrypted emails following the OpenPGP encryption standard. The extension integrates directly into the Webmail user interface, with unobtrusive and easy-to-use elements that seamlessly integrate into the user's normal workflow. Mailvelope comes pre-configured for major Webmail providers, but can also be easily configured to work with other Webmail providers. Mailvelope provides end-to-end encryption for users' existing email addresses, available on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Encryption and decryption take place exclusively on the end devices, ensuring that users' private data never leaves their device unencrypted. This allows users to communicate securely with organizations worldwide by protecting their emails. For organizations using Google Workspace, Mailvelope Business offers a connection to the Gmail API, making it possible to send PGP emails with just one click and comfortably solve the decryption of PGP/MIME messages. Additional Mailvelope controls also make it easier to perform typical tasks such as forwarding encrypted emails and handling encrypted attachments
