What is Mental Omega?
Mental Omega is a free unofficial expansion pack for Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge. It began as a balance modification created by Speeder and Mevitar and first released in 2005. Over the years, it has evolved into an unofficial sequel featuring new campaigns for the Allies, Soviets, and Yuri. Version 3.3 signifies the culmination of this long journey and the final upcoming release of Mental Omega
