What is mesos?
Mesos is a distributed systems kernel that abstracts CPU, memory, storage, and other compute resources away from machines, enabling fault-tolerant and elastic distributed systems to be built and run effectively. It offers a scalable and fault-tolerant platform for running containerized workloads, with the ability to analyze resource usage and performance characteristics of running containers. Mesos empowers developers and operators to efficiently manage compute resources across a cluster of machines, ensuring optimal utilization and resilience of their distributed applications
