What is MoWeS Portable?

MoWeS Portable enables users to run a fully functional web server on a USB drive or other writable media without installing any software on the host Windows system, from Windows 98 to Vista. The system is comprised of the popular Apache web server, MySQL database, and PHP scripting language, integrated into a modular package that can be launched directly from portable storage. This provides a self-contained web development environment that can be easily transported and utilized on any compatible Windows computer
