What is Okteta?

Okteta is a versatile application that allows users to directly interact with the raw data of files. As a hex editor or binary editor, Okteta provides a traditional dual-column view, displaying numeric values in one column and their corresponding character representations in the adjacent column. This layout enables users to edit the data seamlessly, modifying values within either the numeric or character columns
