What is ONLYOFFICE Workspace?
ONLYOFFICE is an open-source online collaborative office suite that combines editors for documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and forms. It offers maximum support for popular file formats, including Microsoft Office files. With ONLYOFFICE Docs, users can create and edit complex objects, apply professional formatting, use academic layout tools, and leverage third-party plugins for translation, thesaurus lookup, text publishing, video insertion, video/audio calling, bibliography creation, and more. The form editor allows building and filling online forms and document templates, with the ability to export them as fillable PDFs and other formats. The document viewer provides a comfortable interface for viewing PDF, DjVu, and XPS files ONLYOFFICE Docs enables collaboration with colleagues through real-time and paragraph-locking co-editing modes, comment threads with mentions, Track Changes, version browsing and restoration, and file comparison. Data security is ensured through end-to-end encryption of documents, HTTPS, JWT, and limited cache lifetime ONLYOFFICE Docs can be integrated with over 30 existing Sync&Share platforms and content management systems, and new integration apps can be created using the Open API. The solution is offered in three editions: a free Community Edition for teams of up to 20 users, an Enterprise Edition for businesses, and a Home Server edition for personal use. ONLYOFFICE Docs Developer Edition is also available as a component for web apps to add document editing and collaboration functionality ONLYOFFICE Workspace is a web-based open-source business platform that combines the ONLYOFFICE Docs editors with document management, project management, CRM, mail, calendars, and social hub features. It is available as a cloud service and a self-hosted solution. Desktop and mobile apps for ONLYOFFICE are also provided for seamless access across devices
