OpenBiblio is an open-source Integrated Library System designed to address the needs of small and rural libraries worldwide. Leveraging the flexibility of PHP, this platform-independent software can be seamlessly deployed on Windows, Linux, or Mac environments, enabling libraries to manage their media content, user data, and lending processes effortlessly
