What is OpenSesame?

OpenSesame is a graphical, open-source experiment builder for the social sciences. It offers a modern and intuitive user interface that allows users to create complex experiments with minimal effort. With OpenSesame, users can design a wide range of experiments, including psychophysics, reaction time tasks, and questionnaires. The plug-in framework and Python scripting capabilities enable the integration of external devices, such as eye trackers, response boxes, and parallel port devices, into the experiments.
