What is Osmapy?
Osmapy is a Python-based editor for the OpenStreetMap platform. Leveraging the widespread and powerful Qt framework, Osmapy provides a comprehensive solution for modifying and contributing to the OpenStreetMap ecosystem. The application supports a diverse range of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux, ensuring accessibility for a wide user base. While currently in a proof-of-concept stage, Osmapy already offers the capability to edit OpenStreetMap nodes, tags, and geometry, as well as upload the changes directly to the OpenStreetMap platform
