What is PanicTrigger?

PanicTrigger is an Android app designed to provide assistance in emergency situations. When an emergency arises, the user can simply tap a large red button, which will automatically send SMS messages to their pre-configured contacts or groups without any additional confirmation steps. This feature ensures that critical notifications are quickly dispatched to the user's emergency contacts, even if the user is unable to interact with the device further The app runs in the background and monitors incoming SMS messages. If a message containing a specific keyword is received from a designated number, the app will trigger an alarm and initiate a call to the sender of the SMS within one minute, allowing the user to respond and address the situation Additionally, the app's functionality extends beyond the user's device. If a contact triggers the user's alarm via SMS, the recipient will receive a message with the text "Panic" (by default) and the user's current GPS coordinates, even if the contact does not have the app installed. This ensures that the app remains useful regardless of whether the user's contacts have the app installed on their devices
