What is PaperScan?

PaperScan Scanner Software is a TWAIN and WIA scanning application with an OCR engine focused on making document acquisition an easy task. It offers features bundled in three editions - Pro, Home, and Free - to cater to diverse user needs. The software supports over 30 languages, enables batch scanning using separator sheets, and provides image printing, duplex scanning, and image quality selection capabilities. Users can resize, crop, and drag and drop files from Windows Explorer, as well as access information about resolution, size, and color mode of images. PaperScan can read encrypted PDFs and create PDFs with encryption, offering a Fast Web View mode for efficient document sharing. The application also includes a magnifier mode and allows users to manage configurations and create application shortcuts
