What is Phoner?

This application enables voice connections to landline, cellular network, and VoIP. It can be used as a softphone on stationary and mobile computer devices attached to analog or digital (ISDN) subscriber lines and as a SIP client. The software supports CAPI and TAPI interfaces, allowing users to make and receive calls through various telephony systems. Additionally, a specialized version called PhonerLite is available, which is focused solely on VoIP/SIP functionality and has a simplified configuration process, omitting the settings for CAPI and TAPI
