PhotoFilmStrip is a free program that enables users to quickly and easily create videos from their images, including the application of the Ken Burns style zoom-in/zoom-out effect commonly seen in documentaries. The program offers a range of features, such as the ability to add subtitles, incorporate a soundtrack, and apply black and white or sepia filters to the images.
