What is PiP-Tool?

The PiP tool is a software application that enables users to utilize the Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode on their Windows devices. This feature allows users to watch content, such as videos, in a thumbnail format on the screen while simultaneously using any other software on their Windows system. To use the PiP tool, users can select a specific window or region of a window and validate their selection. This action will then create a new, always-on-top window displaying the selected content in a thumbnail format. However, it is important to note that the PiP tool does not currently support minimized windows, meaning that if a user minimizes the window containing the video they are watching, the video in the PiP mode will stop playing
