What is Portals: Desktop Organization?

A free, lightweight desktop organization tool that allows users to create customizable containers, known as Portals, on their desktop. These Portals display the contents of specified folders, enabling users to divide their desktop into organized sections. The tool leverages standard Windows icons to maintain a cohesive visual style, and offers the ability to adjust the transparency, size, and location of the Portals. Additionally, the application automatically applies scrolling functionality when the number of icons exceeds the displayable area within a Portal, ensuring users can access all the content. Once the desired configuration is achieved, users can lock the Portals in place to prevent accidental movement
