What is PowerTunnel?

A cross-platform, scalable solution against government censorship, this application leverages a local proxy server on Windows and a VPN server on Android to modify outgoing traffic. The Windows version runs a proxy server that prevents common Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) tactics from intercepting and blocking the connection. The Android version uses a VPN server to intercept and direct traffic through a LibertyTunnel proxy, allowing users to route all traffic through the proxy with DPI bypassing features.
