What is PPSSPP?

PPSSPP is a PSP emulator written in C++ that translates PSP CPU instructions directly into optimized x86, x64, and ARM machine code using JIT recompilers (dynarecs). This allows PPSSPP to run on a wide range of hardware, including lower-spec ARM-based phones and tablets, as long as they support OpenGL ES 2.0. PPSSPP's efficient architecture enables high performance emulation, making it possible to enjoy PSP games on a variety of devices
