What is QGifer?

QGifer enables users to extract sections of video content and convert them into animated GIF files. The application provides a range of features for customizing the resulting GIFs, including color palette editing, support for variable color palettes, dithering, text rendering, graphics insertion, object interpolation, cropping, filtering, and looping through appended reversed copies. The tool also optimizes the GIF output using ImageMagick, and includes project management capabilities. QGifer is available in multiple languages, including English, Swedish, Polish, and Russian
