What is QTTabBar?
QTTabBar is a feature-rich extension that enhances the functionality of Windows Explorer. It introduces tabbed browsing, allowing users to manage multiple file locations within a single window. The extension offers a favorites feature for quick access to frequently used folders and applications, as well as the ability to group related folders for simultaneous access. Additionally, QTTabBar provides tooltip previews for various file types, enabling users to quickly glimpse the contents without opening them. The extension is highly customizable and supports hotkey-based navigation, empowering users to streamline their file management workflows. Initially developed by the Japanese programmer "Quizo," the project was later taken over by Paul Accisano, though the original developer has since resumed development. An open-source branch of QTTabBar is available at http://qttabbar.sourceforge.net/, allowing the broader community to contribute and enhance the tool's capabilities
