What is Sharemap?
Sharemap is an online GIS tool that enables users to create maps which can be presented in various formats, including SVG vector graphics, bitmap rasters, and interactive web maps. The maps generated on Sharemap are free to use and licensed under Creative Commons, making them suitable for both commercial and non-commercial applications, such as inclusion on Wikipedia or Wikimedia Commons. While still in beta, Sharemap encourages community feedback to further enhance its functionality
