What is ShellExView?
Windows operating system's functionality can be extended through in-process Component Object Model (COM) objects known as Shell Extensions. While the majority of these extensions are automatically installed by the operating system, various applications also integrate additional shell extension components. For instance, when installing WinZip, a customized right-click menu for Zip files is added to the system, facilitated by a shell extension. The ShellExView utility provides a comprehensive overview of the shell extensions installed on a computer, empowering users to easily enable or disable each one as needed
