What is Speed Test Loggger?

This open-source Windows application automates internet speed tests, providing users with a comprehensive tool to monitor, log, and benchmark the speed and reliability of their DSL, cable, fiber, Wi-Fi, or mobile internet connections. The app tests the user's download speed at a set interval and logs the results to a CSV text file, enabling the generation of download speed over time graphs. Additionally, the logger tracks service interruptions, such as the PC going offline and online, as well as IP address changes, allowing users to troubleshoot intermittent and flaky connection problems with ease
