What is stretchly?

The stretchly app is a cross-platform, open-source software that helps users take regular breaks while working on a computer. The app runs discreetly in the system tray and displays a reminder window every 10 minutes, presenting a suggestion for a 20-second microbreak. Additionally, every 30 minutes, the app shows a window with an idea for a longer 5-minute break. Users can pause or resume the break reminders as needed, and on Windows and macOS, the app can be set to start automatically at login. Furthermore, users can skip to the next break or microbreak or reset the breaks at any time from the app's menu. The microbreaks and breaks can be customized, and all settings can be restored to their default values
