What is Temporary Containers?
The Firefox add-on allows users to effortlessly open and manage disposable containers, which isolate attached data and are automatically deleted after usage. This functionality can be triggered in various ways, such as based on the navigation target, for specific websites, or through configured mouse clicks on links. With the Automatic Mode enabled, the add-on overrides the standard tab-opening behavior, ensuring that new tabs are consistently opened within freshly created Temporary Containers. This approach effectively prevents the accumulation of cookies, cache, and storage in a single location, as each session is isolated within its own Temporary Container. To further enhance the user experience, the add-on supports configuring the Mouse Clicks setting, with the recommended preference of Middle Mouse: Always to open new Temporary Containers
