What is TiltingSun2?
The Sun's and Earth's rotation axes are both tilted with respect to the ecliptic, the plane of the Earth's orbit around the Sun. TiltingSun2 is a software application that provides a visual representation of the Sun's orientation, including the positions of its poles, equator, and rotation direction, as well as the locations and drift directions of solar prominences. Users can customize the view to match specific telescopes and mountings, and the application also displays numerical data on the meridian tilt, solar parameters Bo, P, and Lo
