What is Time Out?
A Mac OS X application designed to help users maintain healthy habits and avoid strain while working on a computer for extended periods. The app, Dejal Time Out, provides a break timer with two types of breaks: "Normal" breaks, typically lasting 10 minutes after 50 minutes of work, allowing users to move around and relax, and "Micro" breaks, which are very brief pauses of around 10 seconds every 10 minutes, encouraging users not to maintain prolonged tension. Users can choose to disable either type of break if desired, and the breaks are automatically paused when the user is away from the computer, resetting when they return. This tool aims to address the challenges of prolonged computer use, enabling users to care for their well-being and avoid over-straining themselves while engrossed in their work
