What is ToolJet?

ToolJet is an open-source low-code framework that allows users to build and deploy custom internal tools and business applications. It serves as an open-source alternative to popular platforms like Retool, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, and Outsystems. ToolJet enables users to connect to a wide range of data sources, including databases (such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MS SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, and more), API/GraphQL endpoints, SaaS tools (like Airtable, Stripe, Google Sheets, etc.), and cloud object storage services (AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, and Minio). Once the data sources are connected, users can run queries on these data sources to fetch and update information. The data retrieved from these sources can then be visualized and modified using ToolJet's extensive library of UI widgets, including tables, charts, forms, and more. ToolJet is designed to empower organizations to build and deploy internal tools quickly, without requiring significant effort from the engineering team. As an open-source tool, ToolJet boasts a vibrant community, with 19.8K GitHub stars and 1.9K GitHub forks, providing users with a robust and well-supported platform
