What is trolCommander?

trolCommander is a versatile and feature-rich file management solution that builds upon the foundation of the open-source muCommander project. This cross-platform application offers a dual-pane interface with tabbed navigation, allowing users to efficiently organize and navigate their digital files across a wide range of virtual file systems, including FTP, SFTP, SMB, NFS, HTTP, Amazon S3, Hadoop HDFS, and Bonjour. Boasting a lightweight design, trolCommander empowers users to seamlessly browse, create, and extract a variety of archive formats, including ZIP, RAR, 7z, TAR, GZip, BZip2, ISO/NRG, AR/Deb, and LST. Compared to its parent project, muCommander, trolCommander introduces a host of additional capabilities, further enhancing the user experience and overall functionality
