What is Tunnelblick?

Tunnelblick is a free, open-source graphical user interface for OpenVPN on OS X and macOS, offering effortless control over OpenVPN client and/or server connections. It comes as a comprehensive, ready-to-use application, including all necessary binaries and drivers such as OpenVPN, easy-rsa, and tun/tap drivers, eliminating the need for additional installation. Users only need to add their OpenVPN configuration and encryption information to get started. Tunnelblick requires access to a VPN server, with the user's computer being one end of the tunnel and the VPN server the other. The software is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2, and can only be distributed in accordance with the terms of that license
